Cancellation Policy
Tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short due to weather , health or other circumstances. If you are worried about this, we recommend that you take out Australian travel insurance.
Low Season – If notice of cancellation and/or amendments is received before 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposits will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. For cancellation after 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival deposits is forfeited.
Mid Season – If notice of cancellation and/or amendments is received outside 30 days from the arrive date, the deposits will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Within 30 days the total deposit will be forfeited.
High Season - If notice of cancellation and/or amendments is received prior to the 1st October, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. As of the 1st of October the total deposit is forfeited.

- A one night surcharge applies to bookings in cabin accommodation and ensuite sites.
- Balance of accommodation to be paid on arrival.

- All visitors must register on arrival. The visitor fee is $12 per family per day.
