Cancellation Policy
Tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short due to weather , health or other circumstances. We recommend that you take out Australian travel insurance to cover these events
Low Season – if notice of cancellation and/or amendments is received:
More than 48 hours to scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 administration fee.
Less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival, there will be no refunds on any paid tariffs.
All Other Seasons – if notice of cancellation and/or amendments is received:
More than 60 days to scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 administration fee.
Less than 60 days before scheduled arrival, there will be no refunds on any paid tariffs.
All cancellations for high season will forfeit their ongoing rebooking options.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Charges apply to day and overnight visitors.
- A one night surcharge applies to bookings in cabin accommodation and ensuite sites.
- One vehicle and trailer per site only.
- All visitors must register on arrival. The visitor fee is $12 per family per day.
